Jovita joined our team as a Senior Delivery Consultant in May 2026. A Journalism graduate from Birmingham City University, she spent five years working in hospitality in senior management positions, before pivoting to recruitment four years ago. She loves working with people, and what she enjoys most about recruitment is helping professionals secure their dream jobs while building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Jovita enjoys staying active through workouts and Pilates, as well as exploring new destinations. When she’s not on the move, she can usually be found spending time with her Staffy, Beau.
