Lily joined our team as a trainee back in 2016 and in 2024, she became our Key Account Delivery Manager. Specialising in finance and data analytics within the energy and utilities sector, Lily leads our teams in offering our clients recruitment solutions across all of their key business areas. Her love of recruitment comes from connecting with interesting people daily and aligning perfect candidates with the right roles.

Outside of work, Lily is the Chairperson for a local amateur dramatic theatre company. On a perfect weekend you would find Lily travelling to London to catch a musical or rehearsing for her own performance!
