Melinda works across the VIQU Group, overseeing talent acquisition, employee wellness, employee value proposition and staff retention. She has been supporting VIQU Energy with internal talent since the VIQU Group acquired the business back in the summer of 2024, and has been revelling in the new challenge of finding talented recruitment professionals in the energy and utilities space.

Since moving to the UK from South Africa in 2021, Melinda has truly made England her home and adores exploring the English countryside with her two children, husband and lively Whippet x Saluki!
